Contract was recently signed between the Ministry of Housing & Talaat Mustafa Group on acquiring 8,000 feddans land to the east of New Cairo City to implement a new urban society to host 80,000 housing units under L.E. 60 billion investments. Scheme, scheduled for completion in 20 years, would accommodate 600,000 citizens. It would generate 50,000 direct and 100,000 indirect employment opportunities during execution time. Chairman of the Group said the scheme would attract up to $ 3 billion foreign investments. |
