L.E. 400 million projects announced by a venture grouping Al Sharbatly Group and National Real-estate Development. Shareholders of the venture, capitalized at L.E. 250 million, include Al Sharbatly Group holding 50 %, National Real-estate Development holding 40 % and Mr. Ashraf Farag holding the remaining 10 %. New entity is identified as Arab Company for Real-estate Development.
