Supreme Investment Committee in Matrouh Governorate has recently licensed tourist development & hotels projects worth L.E. 85 million in the Governorate and along the North West Coast. They are said to include a 56 room’s hotel, a commercial shopping complex, 22 tourist residential buildings at Alam Al Roum area, a 100 room’s tourist motel, a game park and a movie building. They further include a 130 room’s hotel & 75 chalets resort, also an agricultural development project on 3,000 feddans in Siwa to grow olive trees. |
