According to Prof. Dr. Abdel Monem Al Bassiouni, Chairman of Minya University, some L.E. 8 million budget funds were endorsed for the completion of the equipping of Suzan Mubarak Maternity & Pediatrics University Hospital in Minya. So far some L.E. 28 million were spent on the hospital construction and equipping. Meanwhile Dr. Al Bassiouni revealed that works would soon start on the construction of an emergency hospital, also the completion of a dental medicine specialist hospital, deemed the first in type in Upper Egypt. |
