L.E. 1 billion 5 stars hotel project on Thomas Cook land, early bought by Qatari investors seems heading towards implementation phase. It would occupy 9,360 M2 area directly facing the Nile & involves 135 meters high tower on 60 % of the total area. Investors paid almost L.E. 26,600 per meter. Meanwhile Orascom Group is to soon pump L.E. 55 million to revamp Amoun Hotel in Asswan and add 100 rooms to it. The group has already bought out the hotel months ago & paid for it L.E. 15 million. |
