L.E. 120 million Egyptian Arab venture was recently constituted to involve with building & operation of Egyptian trade centers abroad. Shareholders of the company include N.B.E. – National Bank of Egypt, Oriental Weavers Holding, Arab Contractors Kuwaiti Co., Misr Insurance Co., the Egyptian Saudi Finance House. They further include a number of other prominent Arab businessmen led by Mr. Hassan Al Ferdan, Eng. Yousef Mansour Meqled & Mr. Saad Mohamed Saad. The venture announced it has awarded a contract to ARABCO to execute its first trading center in Sharja, in the UAE. |
