L.E. 15 billion deal seems in the pipeline going under severe competition between Qatari & other heavy Gulf investors to acquire & develop 500,000 M2 lands on Moqattam medium hill (90 meters high). Development follows the deal concluded by Eemar Co. of the UAE with El Nasr Co. for Housing & Development to develop 4 million M2 land on Al Moqattam Hill & 220,000 M2 land at the Smart Village under L.E. 12 billion + estimated investments. It also follows the announcement of an L.E. 1 billion + deal announced by the Qatari authorities after they have procured (so-called) Thomas Cook land on Nile Cornich. |
